Corn Bhel

(Serves: 2)

Ingredients
  • 2 cups sweet corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • ½ cup finely chopped tomatoes
  • 1tbsp green chutney
  • 1/2tspchaat masala
  • 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped raw mango(optional)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped coriander
  • salt to taste
How to make
  1. Boil the corns & strain them once done.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
  3. Garnish with coriander before serving.
