Vegetable and Tofu Stir Fry

(Serves: 2)

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup onion cubes
  • 1/2 cup tofu cubes
  • 1/2 cup deseeded tomato cube
  • 1/2 cup capsicum cubes
  • 1/2 cup blanched broccoli florets
  • 2tsp sesame seeds
  • To Be Mixed Into A Marinade
  • 3/4 cup hung low fat curds
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 3/4 tspgaram masala
  • 3/4 tspchaat masala
  • salt to taste
How to make
  1. Combine all the marinade ingredients together.
  2. Now add rest of the ingredients to the prepared marinade in a deep bowl and mix gently.
  3. Heat a ceramic panand when hot add the marinated veggies.
  4. Cook on a slow flame, turning them occasionally, till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides.
  5. Serve immediately.
