Cheesy Carrots
Cheesy Carrots
(Serves -2)
Ingredients
250g fresh carrots
1 teaspoon olive oil
Salt to taste
Cracked black pepper to taste
1Tbsp fresh basil choppe
1Tbsp freshly grated Parmesan
How to make
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Peel carrots and cut into thin slices.
In a medium bowl, toss carrot slices in olive oil, salt and pepper.
Spread out carrots on a baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the carrots are browned slightly.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh basil and Parmesan cheese before serving.
