(Serves: 4)
Ingredients
3/4 cup soaked and boiled kabulichana (white chick peas)
2tsp olive oil
salt to taste
4 clove garlic
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp fresh curd
For The Growth
a little chilli powder
1 tsp finely chopped parsley
For Serving
Carrot & Cucumber Sticks/Steamed Brocolli Florets/Sauted Mushrooms
How to make
Combine the kabulichana, olive oil, salt, garlic, lemon juice and curds in a mixer and blend to a smooth mixture. Add a little water only if required.
Sprinkle chili powder and parsley over it before serving.
Refrigerate till use and serve with veggies of your choice.
