Hummus

(Serves: 4)

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup soaked and boiled kabulichana (white chick peas)
  • 2tsp olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • 4 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp fresh curd
For The Growth
  • a little chilli powder
  • 1 tsp finely chopped parsley
  • For Serving
  • Carrot & Cucumber Sticks/Steamed Brocolli Florets/Sauted Mushrooms
How to make
  1. Combine the kabulichana, olive oil, salt, garlic, lemon juice and curds in a mixer and blend to a smooth mixture. Add a little water only if required.
  2. Sprinkle chili powder and parsley over it before serving.
  3. Refrigerate till use and serve with veggies of your choice.
