Hello ladies today I write to extend my thanks to the person who has helped me achieve the milestones in my journey of weight loss.Ms Uma Narula is a great Nutritionist .She in a matter of only 3 months helped/guided me to loose more than 15 kgs. I was a little skeptical when I went to meet her for the first time ,however all my worries went away when I realized that her diet plan & lifestyle modification suggestions are all achievable.She is the best when it comes to understanding one’s food habits and give realistic plans.Simple manageable diet plan & walking is what she recommended & regular follow ups with diet diary has instilled discipline in my life which I could maintain when even I was TRAVELLING.Surprisingly not once I went empty stomach /hungry when I was on her plan.Love you Uma for all your patience!

I have been overweight since teenage and it always messed up my periods, hormones, and eventually led to PCOD. Thankfully, I did not have problems in conceiving, but after having my son I gained a few more kilos, which refused to go.. With a small baby, I didn't even have time to exercise. That's when I sought Uma Narula's help after reading various reviews on PWN. Setting up that appointment with her was the best thing I could have done. Within few months I lost my post pregnancy gain, my cholesterol & sugar numbers came down and in my last ultrasound, cycles became regular and minimum trace of PCOD. She takes ownership of your journey and it hurts her more if u gain weight. She even made customized plans for me when I was going on a holiday and did research on the local cuisine available in that country. I have never seen someone so dedicated to her work. I was introduced to her from PWN only and soon contacted her as i came to know that she is the one i was looking for long time :) She is not the person who gives u n no of things u need to add or subtract from your routine. Trust me she wont let u spend single penny extra out of your daily necessities and that i what i liked about her. She would just guide u in a way which would include everything you are already within your routine. So if you are really looking for someone who would help you totally not with additional things or wasting your money out.. She is surely the one you should contact very soon. It’s been couple of months and I think it’s most appropriate that I write review/feedback/compliment regarding her now. Dear All, since today is review day, I'm very happy to share with you all about my experience with Uma Kaushal Narula.
Based on recommendation by many PWN members, I started consulting her 4 months back for weight loss as I was stuck at a certain weight despite following good diet and exercise. Subsequently, I could successfully accomplish my target of losing 10 kgs as planned without feeling deprived or overburdened about the process.
She is a person of details, helps break down the overall target into smaller goals and permits for cheat days to be able to indulge occasionally. I have found her approach quite simple and practical. She customized the plan keeping in mind my food preferences, exercise options and busy daily schedule.

I was always wary of going for a diet plan thinking I would have to starve myself. But a desk job with no time for exercise resulted in me putting on too much weight. This weight gain had started affecting my health too and I knew it was time to take a call. I had posted a query in PWN enquiring about a good dietician, and Uma's name was the most recommended one. I took a week's time to decide whether I wanted to go ahead or not. After finally making up my mind, I went and met Uma and felt at ease immediately. She asked me about my daily routine and made very minor changes to my diet which would ensure that I followed it completely. And I could. Slowly and gradually, my diet pattern changed and I consciously started eating healthy, under her guidance. There were quite a few times when despite putting in efforts my stubborn body weight refused to budge. In those times, Uma was there to motivate and encourage me with her words. She is always available in case of any queries, always a part of your weight loss journey. Thanks to her, I have been able to lose a whopping 14kgs in 6 months. I had taken Uma's guidance on correcting my diet and weight. Uma had a target of 2 Kg reduction for me in the first month and I end up with 2.3 Kg reduced. The best part of her diet program was that I never felt hungry and starved and could easily adapt to it quickly. She was extremely meticulous and dedicated and developed multiple plans for travel, weekday and weekend.
