Prolonged exposure to the perils of ‘un-fitness’ and ‘fad diets’ has led me to be a fitness evangelist. Someone with a single-minded focus on spreading awareness and educating people on Holistic Nutrition – the fads & facts of healthy eating. With this vision, I have set up Nutriguide. A single-stop platform of Holistic Nutrition Solution that focuses on eating healthy, living healthy & staying healthy. Simply by making a few smart tweaks in your lives.
The new connected world has led to conflicting opinions and schools of thought on what to eat and what not to eat. Studies carried out in the west are read and followed blindly in Asia, without any thought about the practicality, the physiology or the consequences. My wisdom comes from my parents’ dietary habits and the small changes they did to reflect changes in season, body type, health and life stage. Fascinated, I went to college and became a dietician to learn all I could about food.
