Chicken Vegetable soup

(Serves: 2)

Ingredients
  • 125g Chicken breasts(Boneless & Skinless)
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • ½ small broccoli floret
  • 5 sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 egg white beaten
  • a pinch of turmeric
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp basil
  • Salt &pepper to taste
How to make
  1. Boil chicken in large pot until cooked. Remove from water and chop into small pieces.
  2. Add chopped carrots, onions, garlic cloves to boiling water followed by turmeric, oregano, basil, salt and pepper and garlic or herbs to the boiling water.
  3. Now add mushrooms and broccoli.
  4. While stirring, add beaten egg slowly so that they distribute similar to egg drop soup.
  5. Boil 2 minutes until eggs are cooked.
  6. Remove from heat and serve.
