Veggie & Sesame Salad

(Serves: 1)

Ingredients
  • 100 g corn kernels boiled
  • 1/4 cup beans blanched
  • 1 small tomatochopped
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tspchili flakes
  • 1/4 tsp ground mustard
  • 1 Tbsp sesame seeds toasted
How to make
  1. Place the beans, tomato and onion into a bowl.
  2. Whisk together the vinegar, olive oil, garlic, salt, chilli flakes and mustard together in a separate bowl. Add to the veggies.
  3. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds and mix together to coat evenly.
  4. Set aside for 1 hour at room temperature before serving.
