Ingredients
1 cup, washed, soaked and sprouted whole green moong
1/2 mediumonion finely choppe
1 medium tomatofinely chopped
10 sprigscorianderfinely chopped
1 green chilly finely chopped
1tsp lime juice
½ tsp mint chutney (optional)
½ tsptamarind chutney (optional)
Salt to taste
1tsp chaat masala
How to make
Boil the sprouted beans in minimum quantity of water.
Mix rest of ingredients with sprouts and garnish with coriander before serving.
