Whole Moong Chaat

(Serves: 2)

Ingredients
  • 1 cup, washed, soaked and sprouted whole green moong
  • 1/2 mediumonion finely choppe
  • 1 medium tomatofinely chopped
  • 10 sprigscorianderfinely chopped
  • 1 green chilly finely chopped
  • 1tsp lime juice
  • ½ tsp mint chutney (optional)
  • ½ tsptamarind chutney (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1tsp chaat masala
How to make
  1. Boil the sprouted beans in minimum quantity of water.
  2. Mix rest of ingredients with sprouts and garnish with coriander before serving.
